Bio: Jim Carlson hails from the Midwestern city of Wausau, Wisconsin; where he has spent the last two decades as a solo performer (as a acoustic folk/rock singer/songwriter), performed with various bands, produced music festivals and been a stage crew member for touring national acts (both musical and theatrical).

Jim's first solo CD, "Out of Fashion" was released in January 2003, featuring original music in the singer/song writer style. For the next four years, Jim performed constantly, both as a solo artist, leading the Jim Carlson Trio and occasionally as a hard rock/punk guitarist (Doc Holiday, Cool Hand).
