Bio:
Jimmy Bristol was born January 17, 1970 in Edison, New Jersey. He got his first guitar at the age of 13 and started playing bass in original rock bands by the age of 15. Over the next couple of years, he would go on to discover and develop his skills as a songwriter and help gain Rising Star industry visibility with their first single, "Into the Night." All told he had nine cuts on the bands three LP's and played his largest role on the band's sophomore LP, including the title track, "Livin' on the Edge."

By 1991, Jimmy had written his first solo LP, "Can't Let Go." But with the changing tides in the industry at the time, he was never able to gain support and the album was never released.

In the time since, he has continued to write and record privately but has plans to begin releasing new material in 2009. Stay tuned!!
