Megadeth is always a favorite band of mine live. This was my fourth time seeing Megadeth & they just keep getting better. I actually had the opportunity to participate in a meet & greet at this show which was phenominal. All the band members were very down to Earth & easy to talk to.

The staff at the venue were clueless & belligerent but not enough so to ruin the experience. The band played brilliantly although for someone with my wider range of musical interests the set was not as pleasing to me as it was to the full on metal junkies. The sound quality overall was good but the vocals were too soft to hear over the instruments at some points. My one peeve about all rock shows, not just this one, is the violence in the crowd. Now maybe its just because I'm a girl or over a certain age but I just don't ynderstand the "Pit" state of mind. I don't see how beating the crap out of each other enhances the musical experience. Honestly it just ruins the shows sometimes. I pay as much if not more for my tickets as everyone else & if I want to get close enough to see the band at a rock show I chance ending up in the hospital in a coma. Well enough of rant.......

Overall it was an excellent show at a decent enough venue. Meeting the band made my day..... no my life.
