The PAMP band from Moscow, Russia was found in October 1998, and the main influences was legendary bands Bad Religion and NOFX.
In 1999 the PAMP try playing like Blink-182 and other pop-punk bands. Since 2001 the PAMP band playing with such bands as Captain Everything!, Tarakany!, Smeh, Zuname, Unconform, Changes and others.
After the lapse of time the PAMP band growing up with her members and music becomes complicated.
After long period of changes in band the PAMP was resurrection and since January 2008 playing again in the following structure:

Eugene (Joe) - vocals
Pavel (PPA) - bass, back-voc
Alexander (Sash) - guitar
Dmitry (Mike) - guitar
Eugene (Joker) - drums

In the last two years the PAMP are playing with such bands as Venerea, Jet Market, Bedtime For Charlie, Teni Svobody, Trick Shots, Maski?Doloy!, Branch and many others.
The main influences of PAMP music today is such legendary bands as Satanic Surfers, Belvedere, Rufio, Rise Against and others.
While the unique release of the PAMP band is a split CD with Moscow band Most Wanted. In 2010 the first album is planned.
